😴 Yoga Nidra known as ‘Yogic Sleep’ is a form of guided meditation, where you fall into a deep state of relaxation, when you are totally relaxed, but not asleep.
😴 You experience falling into a dreamy state between wakefulness and sleep, similar to when you are just about to fall asleep, so you are conscious and aware throughout the whole practice.
😴 It is a powerful sleepy technique to calm the nervous system, slow down brain waves, quieten the breath and instil a sense of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation to one’s being.

Yoga Nidra has been shown to:

During Yoga Nidra you will be lying down, so please wear warm, loose, comfortable clothing and have a blanket, to keep you warm.
Open to all levels. No experience of Yoga or Yoga Nidra is required.
