Mindful Flow & Restore Yoga
Working in this way, allows you to move with ease and listen to your body needs, in a more gentle mindful approach.
The class will include breathing and meditation practices and a Restorative guided relaxation (Savasana) – to tune into that subtle energy flowing within you and balance the nervous system and restore your body and mind.
All levels welcome, including Beginners!
Next 6 Week Class Block:
Monday 13th September – Monday 25th October
(No class on Monday 4th October)
11am – 12.15pm
Classes run in blocks and must be pre-booked & pre-paid in advance:
6 weeks – £60
5 weeks – £50 (You must state the week you are missing upon booking)
Single Class – £12 (Subject to availability and must be booked)
- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Yoga mats and props may be used at Karma Studios, but do feel free to bring your own mat and props if you prefer.
