Mindful Flow & Restore Yoga
Working in this way, allows you to move with ease and listen to your body needs, in a more gentle mindful approach.
The class will include breathing (Pranayama) and meditation practices and a Restorative guided relaxation (Savasana) – to tune into that subtle energy flowing within you and balance the nervous system and restore your body and mind.
All levels welcome, including Beginners!
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own props: yoga mat, bolster, blocks, yoga belt, eye pillow and a blanket for the Relaxation.
Classes will be re-starting on Monday 17th May
12pm – 1.15pm
Classes run in blocks and must be booked:
6 weeks – £60
5 weeks – £50 (You must state the week you are missing upon booking)
Single Class – £12 (Subject to availability and must be booked)
Please bring your own mat and props – due to the Covid Safety Procedures you will not be allowed to use Karma Studio props.
All classes and block bookings need to be pre-booked and pre-paid.
